If you are a private individual (consumer) and have entered into an agreement for a service or purchase of a product from Internetport remotely, e.g. via the Website or by phone through Internetport's customer service, the following applies.

According to the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts concluded outside business premises, you have the right to withdraw from your agreement.

If your agreement concerns a service, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within fourteen (14) days after the agreement is concluded. If your agreement concerns the purchase of a product, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days after you have received the product.

If you wish to withdraw from your agreement or purchase, you must notify Internetport's customer service. You can use Internetport's own withdrawal form available on Internetport's website or the form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency available on their website. When Internetport has received your notice of withdrawal, we will promptly send a confirmation message.

If you wish to withdraw from a purchase of a product and have taken possession of the product, you must return the product to Internetport no later than fourteen (14) days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You will bear the return shipping cost. Return the product in its original packaging. As soon as we have received the returned product, you will receive a new message confirming that we have received it.

If you have paid for the product before withdrawing from your purchase, Internetport will promptly refund the amount you have paid for the product. The refund will be made no earlier than after we have received the returned product or evidence that you have returned the product, whichever occurs first. We will refund to the account that you specify. Direct debit refunds automatically.

If you have unpacked and used the product before withdrawing, or if the condition of the product deviates from its original state when we have received it, Internetport has the right to charge you for the depreciation of the product. The main rule is that the product should be in like-new condition.

If you withdraw from an agreement for a service and have paid for the service, we will refund the amount you have paid to us no later than within fourteen (14) days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. We will refund to the account that you specify.

If, in connection with the ordering of the service, you request to use the service during the withdrawal period and use the service before withdrawing, we will charge you a fee for the time you have used the service, in proportion to the regular price (excluding promotions or discounts) for the agreed service, including any setup fee.
